At Naftech, our quality inspection and testing procedures strictly adhere to project-specific Inspection & Test Plans. This ensures compliance with client specifications and relevant codes and includes the use of Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) techniques.
We work closely with third-party inspectors such as Lloyd's, BV, TUV, IBR, or authorized client inspectors to oversee NDE, Destructive Testing, and Hydro testing.
Our inspection services cover a wide range of quality assurance aspects. This includes Visual Inspection, Dimensional Inspection, Hardness Testing, Painting-Coating Inspection, Vibration Testing, Noise Testing, Laser Alignment, and In-Process & Final Inspection.
Additionally, we conduct Hydro testing, Pressure Tests (hydrostatic/pneumatic/vacuum box test), and Helium Leak Tests to verify integrity. These comprehensive inspections are crucial for maintaining high-quality standards and meeting client specifications.
To ensure the highest standards, we collaborate with external laboratories accredited by NABL to conduct tests such as:
